Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on major holidays. We charge a flat rate shipping cost $4.99 that will be added to your total during checkout. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Our Return Policy

We hope you are 100% excited, happy (and possibly overjoyed) with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund. All refunds must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item please email support@bloodoftriumph.com for address to send item(s). Please place your return securely in the original packaging and proof of purchase as well. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your item for process of your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. You will be notified via email when refund has been processed/issued.
